• Appointment/interview to assess project and get client input
• Design fee quoted and contracted
• Meet for design presentation
• Design fee includes color design with all plants listed and client booklet with all pictures, plant and hardscape information  
• Proposal for requested work - designs can be phased....meaning we can take any portion of the design and start the project....we are not an "ALL OR NOTHING" contractor ! 
• A portion of the design fee will be rebated in proportion to contracted work
• Work contracted and 40% deposit collected and start date given
• Project completed - customer walk-through for approval and remainder of contracted monies collected.
